All lenders governed by reserve bank of india including Banks, NBFCs, Mutual funds, Asset management companies, Asset Reconstruction Companies, Trusts, Micro finance, Small Finance, Chit companies, Nidhis, Venture capital companies, Co Operative credit societies and authorized individual and group lenders.

Advisor, Member , Partner Or Associate:
Is any person with or without professional qualification who renders or intends to render any specific facility or services or advisory to our borrowers either with our support or individually and who has been listed on our site as an advisor , member, partner or associate.

Any fringe/ Negative outcomes of the same are not intended and the borrowers, lenders, advisors or associates need to carefully check the proposal, terms and conditions of the agreement, fees, legality, and we will not be responsible for any default , loss or damage, financial or otherwise incurred by either of the parties or a lender as a result of breach of contract, misrepresentation or fraud by the either party .

Listing on financenetwork.in of any proposal does not mean the genuineness or trustworthiness of any such user or the borrower. Our suggestions or our recommendations to accept or reject any proposal or credentials of the either parties shall mean only that we have formed our opinion depending upon the information and data that are shared by the user/clients, third party experts like, valuers, engineers, chartered accountants, company secretaries, lawyers, rating agencies etc govt agencies like ministry of corporate affairs, income tax , sales tax, central excise etc, and information that is publicly available in print and digital media. Our opinion and recommendations can be wrong and biased if the base information media is not true or correct. The parties are required to exercise necessary prudence and vigilance while undertaking and culminating any deal based on any data or recommendation from this site or the officers of this portal. While dealing directly with the associates or service partners of financenetwork.in, the borrowers or clients need to check their service terms and terms and conditions of fees payment. Borrowers or clients will be solely responsible for any payments, Advances etc paid to such service providers. You may raise your concerns or complaint about any particular associate, member or advisor and we shall take suitable actions on them but we caution the users of this site to be vigilant and scrupulous while doing direct financial dealings with them and make sure that you get the desired services and advisory for the payments made to them.

FN shall provide financial advisory services itself or merely facilitate a transaction of borrowing and lending and provision of advisory services between two interested users/ clients and provide services incidental to that.Financenetwork.in neither lends nor borrows through this website. We are neither a financial institution, nor run a collective investment scheme or a chit fund, nidhi , co operative credit society, micro finance or any other such financial scheme. Our advisory services or management consultancy shall have a separate mandate or service agreement as and when directly rendered to the clients and as agreed by the client and us.

Ineligible User/ clients:
Persons who cannot enter into legally binding contract in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including person below the age of 21 years or of unsound mind and un-discharged insolvents are not entitled to use the Site.

The member may have to pay charges for membership and services as applicable from time to time and few services may not be available to them unless duly paid. All registration information must be correct, complete and promptly updated by the End User each time it changes. financenetwork.in reserves the right to make any changes to its Terms and Conditions and/or our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated herein by reference) as we deem necessary or desirable without prior notification to you.
