He was part of the core team responsible for executing the expansion and put the company on the high growth path which helped it to become market leader. He left tops group and started financial and corporate advisory firm.

He specializes into debt syndication, corporate finance and management advisory. He has successfully raised finances for projects in various sectors like manufacturing , IT, Education Projects, service industry, export and trading houses, media, FMCG , Automobiles, residential and affordable housing, hotel, resort, roads, integrated township projects, commercial buildings, SEZ, power projects etc . He has been advisor to various business houses for turnaround and revival and has engineered few turnaround success stories in food processing, IT and media sector. Asset resolution and NPA management is his passion. Quest for innovation and creativity in arranging finances has helped him structure and garner finances for seemingly not fundable business ventures. He enjoys very good and healthy relations with most of the banks, NBFCs, Asset Reconstruction companies, Asset management companies, Special situation Funds and financial intermediaries in India.
